Single-use boxes, bowls, trays and plates represent a new concept in pulp container materials and manufacturing.

The product users a unique patented mechanical pulping system that extracts cellulose fibres from agricultural residues or plants with short life cycle, like sugar cane and bamboo, through mechanical action instead of chemical means.

Absolutely chlorine- and sulphur-free, this system not only causes minimal environmental hazard but also minimizes costs by eliminating pollution charges and the need for expensive chemicals.

Proprietary EATplus Additive
This is a world’s first 100% organic additive used in the paper pulp food container industry. Made of starch and other all-natural materials, it enhances the mechanical properties of fibres which then become resistant to oil and water, even at high temperature, yet remain highly biodegradable.
No existing synthetic additive has these features.

The product doesn’t require expensive ingredients, helping to keep production costs low and giving our products a distinct competitive edge.

Properties
Safe for Microwave Ovens - Will maintain structural integrity if used properly in microwave ovens.
Safe for Heating Water - Fresh water can be heated using a microwave oven. Tea, coffee, or instant noodles can be prepared and kept hot for at least 1/2 hour.
Safe for Heating Oil - Hot oil boiled in a microwave oven at 60°C can be held for at least for 1/2hr.
Suitable for Refrigeration - Juicy foods can be refrigerated for 3 days.
Suitable for Freezer - Dry food will last for as long as 3 months.
Disposal of the box - Recyclable and compostable (almost as fast as any other food item).

The products are 100 percent all-natural, made with annually renewable fibres such as bamboo and sugar cane pulp, starch and water, and no chemical additives.

The products are biodegradable and compostable to European EN13432 standards, are FDA approved for food contact and have Qualit Environmental and Food Saftey Management System Compliance.
