The Dex Polycon® Polybox is a 1000 litre capacity. Dangerous Goods approved transport and storage tank. The Polybox utilizes Australian pallet standards thereby providing maximum storage capability on truck trays.

Longevity - The welded steel galvanised frame is about value for money. This style of frame provides for a long life in a very arduous environment. The frame can be safely stacked up to 3 high at the maximum S.G. limit of the unit. Fork access is 4 way fork entry ensuring reduced handling costs. The subframe provides for drainage even on level ground with a two way sloping base, ensuring compete convenience.

Tank Bottle - The tank moulding itself is a one piece Rotational moulded tank which, due to the moulding process does not have inherent stress build ups associated with other pressure related forms of moulding. What this offers to the user, is a thicker and more durable tank which can see the distance of it's full legal life. Only virgin UV stabilised Polyethylene is used to ensure the chemical resistance and maintenance free nature of the Dex Polybox®.

Filling is through a centrally located 150 mm male threaded neck. This design was chosen as it is less likely to become filled with viscous product and under any event is easier to clean, when required. The female cap is provided with a coarse and robust thread providing a tighter seal on the tank.

Discharge is through a recessed PVC ball valve attached via a fused 50 mm male connection. This type of connection provides for an ability to repair the connection in the event of an impact. The connection is spark tested to ensure that the fusion is 100% leak proof a the time of manufacture.

The standard bottle colour is orange, however, given that we manufacture the complete unit in house we can colour code the tank bottle to your request if a corporate theme is required. The standard frame finish is hot dipped galvanised. Quality control extends into every part of the Polybox® manufacture.

Ag-Box - The Ag-Box is derivative of the Polybox® design. This unit can only be drained and filled from the top of the unit. Further offering security for the customer, access to these components is through lockable flaps in the frame. Thus for the transport of requires tight security the Ag-Box could be your answer.
