This new laundry delivery trolley has been design to reduce the possibility of worker injury.

Rigidity: The one piece moulded body has rigidity which has not been seen in a plastic moulded unit before. The shelves are hinged and ventilated to ensure both ease of use and to reduce possibility of heat build up when loading.

Moisture and Dust Resistant Cover: To ensure that the ingress of moisture or dust is kept to an absolute minimum when in transit, a moulded lip has been provided to seal against the heavy duty recessed pvc cover. heavy duty zip are used along with an optional belt to reinforce the cover.

Shelf Stability: Shelves are slanted back into body of the trolley providing for stability of the load during shipment and unloading. Once unloaded, converting the unit is as simple as pushing the shelves back and they locate against the rear wall, without the need for removing or lifting the shelf, minimizing the possible loss of a shelf.

Robust and Well Designed: All fittings and covers are recessed within the body to prevent rubbing during transport. The body features a thick walled rotational moulded body and shelves to minimize stress and brittleness in the moulding.

Ease of Use: The standard wheel system features a 200 mm diameter and 2 swivel (1 with brake) configuration. The trolley frame has been hot dipped galvanized and is recessed from the moulded body. The handle is also recessed in one end only to ensure that no contact between the operator and the loads takes place. Provision on the cover allows for the storage of a delivery docket or run sheet.

Safety and Ease of Cleaning: Pushing a fully loaded trolley is reduced to a minimum by the wheel diameter and the trolley's overall weight. All internal surfaces are easily maintained and corners feature large radii to eliminate cleaning difficulties. Metal components are minimized to ensure that strong cleaning compounds can be used without major detriment to the trolley.

Spare Parts: All components for the trolley will be kept in stock, should any components be required in the future. Given the nature of this design we do not envisage that this will be called upon to any large degree, but it is comforting to know that this product will be fully supported by Dex Australia.
